Are you really open every day from 6 AM to 11 PM?+
Yes. Same hours every day, including weekends and holidays — 6 AM to 11 PM. If you call within those hours, you're talking to our local Florissant team.
Where is your shop located?+
We're at 3375 N Hwy 67, Suite A, Florissant, MO 63033. It's a real storefront, not a virtual office.
Do you serve all of Florissant and North County?+
Yes. We dispatch from our shop on N Hwy 67 to homes, businesses and vehicles throughout Florissant and the surrounding North St. Louis County area.
Do you give upfront pricing?+
Always. You'll know the full price before we start any work. No surprise charges, no inflated 'after-hours' fees during our 6 AM – 11 PM business hours.
Can you make a car key without the original?+
Yes — for most domestic and import vehicles. We can cut and program transponder keys and smart fobs without the original key.
Will rekeying save me money over replacing my locks?+
Usually, yes. Rekeying changes the internal pins so old keys no longer work, and it's much cheaper than buying new hardware. We'll recommend replacement only when the lock itself is worn or low-grade.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. Arch City Locksmith Florissant is a fully licensed and insured Missouri locksmith.
